Case Wall - Overlap drilling
It is a rigid retaining wall that serves as a water barrier by overlapping
cast-in-place piles (CIP). During construction, the number of steps
of the support is reduced with a high-stiffness retaining wall, which
increases workability. During use, overlapping cast-in-place piles
and structural walls resist horizontal loads (earth pressure, underground
water pressure) together, making it possible to construct safe, easy-to-construct,
and economical underground structures.
Concrete design strength 1st pile: 10~20MPa, 2nd pile: 35MPa or
more
Construction cost reduced by 25% compared to the temporary facility
CIP method
There are additional effects of reducing support beams, earthwork
area reduction, and target structure reduction
